Yes. Include suggested product uses, points of interest, installation instructions, or setting preferences in your order notes. The creator decides which suggestions to include.
You can request a correction for a material factual error about your product or a materially incorrect product demonstration. WTI determines whether a correction, edit, reshoot, or other remedy is appropriate. Changes to the creator’s style or presentation are not automatically included.
Ship your product and any accessories it needs to function. If it arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or non-functioning, the issue must be resolved before the creator can produce the content.
Choose POV Video + Usage Rights for an unwatermarked downloadable copy and permanent, non-exclusive shared usage rights. The Amazon POV Video package does not include permission to download, reuse, or redistribute the finished video. WTI and Vurn Media retain ownership.
